Andrew Minarik Photography is a side profession, not a full time profession. before booking a shoot, please understand that while you will be receiving high quality photographs, Andrew Minarik Photography does not utilize a professional studio, lighting equipment, backdrops, etc. when inquiring about a shoot, if i believe you are better off utilizing professional work, it will be mentioned.
Andrew Minarik Photography retains the right to decline or cancel a photoshoot upon learning of the intended use case for the finished product, should it be deemed as a improper representation for the Andrew Minarik Photography brand.
all shoots require a contract, and any details related to the shoot will be written out there. answers to highly asked questions are below.
sales / payment and pricing
all sales are final. payment for shoots are either full payment pre-shoot or half before the shoot, half after the final edits are delivered. please refer to the photoshoot contract for full details.
pricing is reflective on the nature of the shoot. travel, equipment purchased/rented, location rentals, time required to edit, quick turn around times, etc. are all taken into account when pricing.
deliverables
Andrew Minarik Photography does not provide the RAW or unedited files to clients unless agreed upon within the contract due to the nature of the photoshoot (i.e. end product requires detailed composite work from an outside editor, etc.). should RAW files be required by the client and is agreed upon by Andrew Minarik Photography, specific details will be established within the photoshoot contract.
Andrew Minarik Photography works in a 'quality over quantity' process. there are no guarantees for the number of finished edits provided to the client, although there is a promise of sufficient volume compared to the nature of the shoot.
at this time, finished products are limited to a download link (Dropbox, Google Drive, Transfer links) with the digital .jpg or .png files. no hard drive, cd, or usb drive or anything of the like will be provided. should the client prefer to have the files on a physical medium like the items mentioned above, it is the clients responsibility to purchase and provide said item.
should there be a request for prints, recommendations for printing labs will be provided. should the client prefer this procedure be done by Andrew Minarik Photography, price will include the print + tax, shipping/handling, and a commission for the work.
wedding / engagement and event photography
Andrew Minarik Photography does not shoot weddings or engagement photoshoots. similarly, Andrew Minarik Photography does not shoot business or personal events ( i.e. birthday parties, corporate parties, etc.). there are exceptions, including situations like behind the scenes of video shoots. if unsure if your event would be an exception, please ask.
